Hayabusa（隼）是由三公主有限公司（Three Princess Ltd.，以下簡稱「本公司」）提供的 QR 掃描多語言菜單服務，幫助台灣小餐廳讓外國旅客以手機讀懂菜單。
Hayabusa is a QR-based multilingual menu service operated by Three Princess Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), based in Taipei, Taiwan. The service helps small restaurants in Taiwan present their menus to foreign visitors in their preferred language.
店家申請帳戶即代表同意本條款。免費方案每月限 200 次掃描；付費方案依選擇的方案計費（NT$390 或 NT$990）。帳戶資料由申請人負責保管。
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Free plan: 200 scans/month. Paid plans: NT$390 or NT$990/month per billing cycle. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
付費方案透過 NewebPay 藍新金流處理，支援信用卡、ATM 轉帳及超商代收（7-11、全家）。帳單以月為單位，到期未付則自動降回免費方案。
Paid subscriptions are processed via NewebPay. Accepted methods: credit card, ATM transfer, and convenience store payment (7-Eleven, FamilyMart). Billing is monthly. Non-payment results in automatic downgrade to the free plan.
您上傳的菜單內容（文字、圖片）版權歸您所有。您授權本公司為提供服務之必要範圍內使用該內容。本公司不會將您的菜單資料販售予第三方。
You retain ownership of all menu content you upload. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service. We will never sell your menu data to third parties.
本公司力求 99.9% 服務可用率，但不保證服務不中斷。定期維護可能暫停服務，本公司將提前通知。
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email.
您可隨時刪除帳戶。本公司保留因違反本條款終止帳戶的權利。終止後菜單資料將於 30 天內刪除。
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Menu data is deleted within 30 days of termination.
在法律允許的最大範圍內，本公司對任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不負責任。就本服務的賠償上限為您最近 3 個月支付的費用。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
本條款依中華民國法律解釋。任何爭議由台灣台北地方法院管轄。
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
